What "Nou La" means to us.
Nou La is Haitian Creole for "We Are Home." That idea is the foundation of Nou La Cuisine LLC: a great meal should feel like home, no matter where it's served.
Under the direction of Chef Merder, Nou La Cuisine brings restaurant-quality technique and warm, personal hospitality directly into clients' homes and events. From an intimate dinner for four to a fully catered celebration, every menu is built around the client — their tastes, their guests, and their occasion.
